southern highlands local organic produce

Meet The Farmer

Justin Hartley moved to the southern Highlands in 2001 from Kiama. He has owned and run his own landscaping business and managed Moonacres Farm for over three years. Justin has taken a keen interest in the environmental issues we face today and believes small scale farms play a huge role in improving our way of life. With soil health as a priority, Justin wants to see many small scale farms introduced into local communities.

Alternatively Justin also offers a 2 week intensive course on all aspects of small scale farming.
